Bio

Having trained in communication design and cinema, I now work as an interaction design researcher and practitioner. As a result of the experiences in various projects in Istanbul and Italy, I developed effective skills and a critical perspective in visual communication, programming, audiovisual history and tools, as well as linguistics and cultural studies. The diversity in my background allows me to inquire and uncover the visual and communicative potential in design projects.

I am a versatile, dedicated investigator and I aim to further expand my knowledge and circle of practice by getting involved in novel design challenges. I am strongly motivated to engage in projects that address the interactions between people, animals, languages and artefacts in various contexts. In this regard, I’m interested in tangible interaction, smart objects and environments, digital humanities, innovative and sustainable systems for elevating the condition of all living entities.
